Outsourcing Law Global, LLC is owned and managed exclusively by lawyers engaged in the practice of outsourcing law.   We are dedicated to improving the quality of commercial interactions across boundaries of time, distance, language, jurisdictions and compliance mandates.   We look at quality through metrics relating to time and cost for contract development, vendor selection, efficiency of transition, minimization of disputes, transparency of relationship governance, risk mitigation and management and legal compliance.   By “outsourcing,” we focus on any outsourced business process that is managed by an external service provider or a wholly-owned captive affiliate that supports global business operations of enterprise customers.
